1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Lions Gate Landscaping Ltd. website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Services
Lions Gate Landscaping Ltd. provides landscaping, lawn care, hardscaping, irrigation, snow removal, and related services to residential, strata, and commercial clients primarily in the Greater Vancouver area. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or quote that will be provided to you before work begins.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates are provided based on an on-site assessment of your property and the scope of work you describe. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. The final price may vary if the scope of work changes, if site conditions were not accurately represented, or if unforeseen circumstances arise.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be set out in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule scheduled services by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by us will be made in good faith and without penalty.
6. Property Access and Liability
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property. Please inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, pet fencing, low-voltage wiring, or other hidden infrastructure prior to work beginning. Lions Gate Landscaping is not responsible for damage to unmarked infrastructure.
Lions Gate Landscaping Ltd. carries comprehensive liability insurance and is fully licensed and bonded. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lions Gate Landscaping Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The content of this website is provided for general information only. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content. Photographs, logos, and text are the property of Lions Gate Landscaping Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
